Industrial real-estate sector posted solid growth in 2007

It was just two years ago that San Antonio's industrial market reached a record high in terms of new construction -- adding 1.5 million square feet of new space over the 12 months of 2005.

The prime mover in much of that new development was the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas Inc. plant. But that development pace was even hotter last year.
