Vinh Truong, vice president and founder of Houston Preforeclosure, has been involved in the pre-foreclosure industry for over seven years and has personally processed over a hundreds of short sales. Truong has also trained and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals to assist distressed-mortgage homeowners.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the industry, and recognizing the need for a unified system that benefits all parties, Truong has developed the industrys most state-of-the-art, interactive system for helping homeowners who are in a distressed-mortgage situation.

This comprehensive program brings homeowners together with qualified and trusted real estate professionals. We educates, empowers and provides powerful new tools to identify and reach those in need and to utilize current government and bank programs to assist homeowners and homebuyers.

Prior to founding HP, Mr. Truong co-founded a national short sale processing company. He also developed a comprehensive web-based training and education library and module to assist and train real estate agents on every aspect of the pre-foreclosure industry.
